Day(s) in the Life of a Holistically Healthy Person

(a Typical Day of Serene Wellness, Wealthy Success and Holistic Health: Script your own)

A sample day in the life of a person with wealthy success, holistic health, and Serene Wellness described.

4am: Wake up. A wealthy success person wakes up early as (s)he has a lot of work to do, finds life fun, thrilling and exhilarating and does not want to lose any precious time.

4 – 5am Prayer, gratitude, meditation, reading scripture, self-talk, religious tapes. This develops and sustains internal growth and development (SC, EW). We look forward to the time when the Power of Love will replace the Love of Power. Then will our world know the blessings of peace? ~ William Ewart Gladstone.

5 – 6am: Review the activities to be executed during the day, prepare, virtualize the success with gratitude. This is a crucial step and leads to success (EW and SC)
6 – 7am Exercise with family. The family is also a part of the success journey (PV, EW, and RP)
7 – 8am Breakfast with family, motivational tapes with family. Family time at the start of the day connects everyone (RP, PV, EW, and SC)

8 – 10am: Work: writing novels, articles, creative work (first chunk)
10 – 1pm: Work with the team (second chunk). Interacting with and serving many others is a part and parcel of daily life: this could be a training session to teach and coach mentors. A hands-on demonstration of how to help others is conducted in smaller groups of less than 50 (RP, SV, and EW)

1 – 3pm: Lunch with your spouse, siesta with light relaxing music, read a book, watch CDs (PV, RP, EW, and SC)
3 – 4pm: Work with self or spouse (third chunk: use for planning week/month). Time with your spouse in one-on-one mode is crucial for long-term strong relationship. Draw strength from one another. (RP, EW, and SC)

4 – 6pm: Teatime with family; light exercise with team, fun, and games. Children are back from school so family time once more. After a refreshing internal time (s)he may call a few friends over and have a get-together for fun and games; groups not more than 20 (PV, EW, and RP)
6 – 7pm: Dinner
7-9pm: Work with the team (fourth chunk). These interactions with others would be in one-on-one counseling, larger team functions, attending seminars, meeting and speaking to groups of more than 50, and helping others duplicate the same (SV, RP, and EW).

9 – 10pm: Journal, review results, plan for the next day, get materials ready for the next day, spiritual tapes/books, gratitude, prayer. Close-of-day activities are as important as the start of the day. Recap what went right, celebrate, and give thanks. Recollect what went wrong, learn the lesson the failure came to teach, release negative feelings and emotions back to the universe and relax. Prepare for the next day. Once again it’s time for gratitude, prayer and spiritual tapes and books (EW and SC)

Every week use one chunk of time for a weekly recap, gratitude, and planning: this can be done with the team for team goal and alone or with your spouse for personal goals. Once every year, take 2 days off the regular schedule and utilize all the 4 chunks of time marked during the day to recap and plan. As in the weekly planning, do involve all those who are on the team in this recap-planning exercise. Then do the exercise for yourself at 2 levels: with your spouse and then alone.

You would have noticed that there is no specific action in the daily life of a person of wealthy success and Serene Wellness where he is accumulating money. Once you take care of the 6 other heavenly gifts and schedule them into your days, the 7th one of financial abundance FA will run towards you automatically. Money and financial abundance is the result of successful profitable win-win interactions with people. There are 2 huge chunks of time daily where the person of success is spending time with others.

a. IT Software & Systems: 24 years: Systems tester at Wipro Bangalore 2 years, Software Communications System design and testing at Center for Dev of Telematics (C-DOT Delhi 2 years, Bangalore 10 years). 10 years as DataComm and Telecom Senior Engineering manager for 10 years.
b. A mother to 2 boys and a girl (now aged 38, 35 and 25 years), Grand mum to 3 girls and 2 boys (now aged 11, 9, 7, 3 and 2)
c. Author of 4 books: Serene Wellness (2018), Belly Loss Blueprint (2020), Values thru Stories (2021), Prioritize Time vs. Money (2024)
d. Healing career: 16 years of treatments and training students in Alternative therapies
e. Digital Marketing: 5 years Instagram Influencer, Freelancer, Affiliate Marketer, Tribe Nurturer
The last two were simultaneous careers of a total of 16 years to date.

Serenity with “Live life one “typical day” at a time, every day, all the days of your life” ~ Naseem Mariam. For the past 5 years, she has successfully lived her “typical day” as per the time slots she planned in 2020. That’s the reason why her tribe adores her: she talks the talk and walks the walk consistently.

It is amazing to see that Doc has achieved each one of the 5 Goals she had planned 5 years ago, during the depth of despair of lockdown days. Along with her, she has a tribe of 10 Thousand families also committed to various shades of the core 5 Areas in Dr. Naseem Mariam’s Vision Board of 2020. With their motto and clarion call being “Each one, teach one to reach and transform many lives“, the numbers will soon reach the golden 100 Thousand families goal post.

Life has not always been rosy and easy for Doc. She advises her tribe to work for 3 years to gain the skills and by repetition and consistent, persistent actions become an expert in at least 3 sub-areas of their niche. Anyone who consistently gives unique, simple, and quick deliverables which are always before time, error-free, and 3 notches above expectations … are valued, treasured, and can command their own price for their work. Therein lies the short-cut to success.

She started displaying the ESFJ traits during 2020 and today has sharpened her intuition and tries to be less judgmental, spending time and thought in meditative silences to perceive many sides of the issues, events, and behaviors of the teams that surround her.
